Joe, you don't have to publish this comment--I just wanted to mention that the ad for the place that's ideal for a parent with small child can get that person in trouble. If you want to let them know: you can't point out who a rental will be ideal for--especially if you're citing race, age or children-- although you can say ideal for college students because that doesn't imply. I doubt very much anyone would make you responsible for the posting, but the person who listed the rental can be fined and (not that in a million years I think this would happen for something so minor) can face jail time.
